You're assuming that their other kids don't have a gender bias. Where did you get that from? Everybody in this world is as much as product of environment as they are of nature. You're assuming kids raised well would not be gender biased... That's not true at all. Everybody has immense bias, you just don't even realize it.

I think you're exaggerating waaaay too much. The kid is a baby-- months old it sounds like. It's going to be a couple years before the kid even knows there's a such thing as gender, and by then they'll know what they are. The parents aren't going to raise 2 kids who know who they are and then refuse to let the third child know it's a boy or a girl.

Wait... That sounds exactly like what they are doing with their child. Do you not see that? The person is a BABY-- they don't know the difference. Well, that's why it needs to be filled out by Court precedences. I, personally, say that she consented to him having the video, but did not consent to it being spread further, and so that would incriminate him, as they were consenting in the issue. But, alas, I do not rule the world..

If you read the entire article, the boy coerced her into making the video, then uploaded it to the internet, after which hundreds of other high schoolers then viewed the video. That means he spread her porn to the internet. Which is child pornography. If the kid had just kept the video to himself, that'd be a different story entirely, but he didn't.
