1	“The spark is gone” is a poor reason to leave a marriage. I do agree that the spark may subside over the years and it’s between two to keep the spark lit. My case was much different, over time the respect dissolved and porn took over, hoarding never stopped, he never helped to take the load off of me by doing anything around the house. He never paid for updates on the house, it was always me. There was always excuses why he couldn’t help. He has a separate room where he keeps his hunting items and personal things in. 1	I want to do a buy-out, ex doesn't agree, what now Soon to be divorced and I want the house. My husband has a 401k worth over half a million. The home is worth 320,000 and paid off. I told him he could keep all his 401 and I will keep the house. A swap! He is refusing, he wants all his 401 and sell the house and get half from the sell.
