Yeah, a lot of black people already know this. The black Community is a Matriarchy now. The same forces that created this are using similar tactics to control. . .men everywhere else. Pretty much this. The Admins run reddit, sure they make the rules but. . . THEY make the rules, they can bend them or break them at will, and then ban anyone or "quarantine" anyone that disagrees. Do Raisins Spike insulin a lot? I've been eating some nuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds with raisins and banana chips with my meal (I do OMAD) seeing this post I may just give that up for a few months. As it's the only sweet thing I usually eat everyday. I range from 1800-1900 cals/day
