But if improving appearance isn't going hand-in-hand with backing it up with sober lifestyle choices and a push towards self-improvement, it's like an empty, meaningless shell. 3	James Damore sues Google, alleging intolerance of white male conservatives There are Chrome/Firefox plugins, such as Ghostery, Disconnect, and PrivacyBadger (I highly recommend the latter two), that can block trackers (and in the process, decrease loading times). If you don't mind a browser switch, I'd recommend the Brave browser, which has all that built in. Even if you never use its Services (Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram ...), they can still track your activity across almost all websites thanks to Facebook Pixel and other Analytics.
