I can't add anything to your comment except my agreement. And it's really sad, to me, because the first comment was great. really made you think.

a joke that did not involve, and was not directed at, a female. Yeah, it's sexist - in that it isn't for her and doesn't involve her.

I concur. Her voice is excellent, she is easy to listen to, but I much prefer to be able to read.

sure, expand on that. There can be no further accusations of rape, of battery, of abuse. They're invulnerable. That's not a bad call at all, given the situation.

Assuming you're a male or pass, you really should invest in a digital voice recorder and educate yourself as to the legality of recording conversations on your state. I know Alaska, at least, is a single-party state, so I'm legal to record everything. It sounds paranoid, but having a recording going at all times could quite easily save your job, or save you from prison.

I would love to be uncircumcised. I would love for my penis to work correctly, and to not be painful when erect.

if the state you're in is a single part consent state, get a digital audio recorder and keep it running. Document document document. Then, when you've got a dozen egregious examples.. call a lawyer. Have a sit down meeting with the lawyer, the CEO, and yourself. Lay out the problem, your previous interactions with HR regarding it, and the timeframe that leads you to believe that there will be nothing done by HR. Up to you what happens next. I would say enough money in your pocket two make up 2 y…

get a voice recorder. Get a camcorder. Keep both running whenever you have a chance at being around anyone. If you would care to reveal the state you are in, I will look up the relevant law on recording. She will lie, she will convince her family and friends to lie. A video camera could literally save your life, as well as the future of your child. Edit: I'm an idiot. His allegation was substantiated enough that the local PD thought it appropriate to arrest Pilar on charges of domestic violence. Arrest records are public.

In all honesty, I am fairly satisfied with the media coverage of this. Deion has, from what I've seen, been very self-controlled and coherent. He is not ashamed of the fact that he has been made a victim of violence in his own home, and is dedicated to handling this through the court system. If I turned the genders around, And I saw the same media coverage, and the same behavior from Pilar, I would still be pleased. Whether it's a woman or a man, someone willing to speak the truth about a horrib…

I fail to see how someone being forced to live in fear for their life is "A better society". You are seeing a person using the system in the manner in which it was intended - to remove a threat from a domestic environment. If you believe that this person is being 'publicly shamed', perhaps you should write your representative, or put together a campaign, in support of privacy rights for the accused. If you think this is a gender issue, swap the genders. If Deion Sanders' wife was twitting pictur…

I had an ex do that to me. It was freaking hilarious. At one point, I just tucked the phone on my shoulder and went on my merry way. (I don't remember what I was doing, I think I was rebuilding a PC), not bothering to say anything. Neither was she. Went about a half hour before I just hung up.

In my place of work, women are almost exclusively in the Clerical Bargaining Unit, which is compensated significantly less than the Operational Bargaining Unit. The OBU contains female members, who are compensated at the same rate schedule as the male members. The CBU contains male members, who are compensated at the same rate schedule as female members. How is this in any way discriminatory? Your unwillingness to sweat and get dirty, which is a requirement or hazard of almost all OBU jobs, equa…

Video everything. Learn the laws regarding consent for audio and video recording. Put cameras in your bedroom. Never mention them or use the footage for any purpose other than legal defense.

I have given up on sex because of my circumcision. Between keratinization and the binding effect of a minor skin bridge, it is painful and uncomfortable to participate in conventional p-i-v sex. In addition, the desensitization is bad enough that I cannot sustain an erection, nor have even a chance at orgasm while using a condom.

Lost one of my peers in a similar way. From what I've been able to put together, he was the passenger in a car that his mother was driving on a gravel road. His mother and sister were haranguing him about something, and his repeated demands that they stop only worsened the abuse. When he told them that he'd had enough, to let him out, his mother accelerated. So he got out.
