You’re silly. I’m surprised you’ve made it this far in life being so ignorant.

Wrong on all accounts. - you assume I’m a “dude” and yours. I’m not. - you assume I have a JD. I don’t, but I do have extensive experience in the legal field. - you assume to know my “party”. You’re still wrong. - you also assume I’m a liberal. Also wrong. Are you going to say anything correct? At this point you might as well give up. No one here is going to take you seriously.

Shit. What was I thinking? I forgot I can’t hold anyone accountable or think objectively anymore…

You’re partially right. Media can say whatever it wants because of the first amendment; however, there’s a point when it becomes defamation which can have legal action brought and due process is still observed even in civil issues. Also, I didn’t make it political. It’s a known fact that liberals are stupid.

She’s still wrong because she’s stupid. It’s not in court. It’s called due process which is a fundamental right of all Americans, therefore it is ‘enforced’ in court; that doesn’t mean it doesn’t still apply when not in court. Oh who am I kidding? Libtards are stupid and don’t play by the constitution anyway.

Nice thorough post. Can confirm. I used to work in a local large metropolitan sheriffs office, and we had a lot of rapists in about “bad boy blocks”. Based on experience, I have found there a few reasons that “could” support their argument that rapists don’t get convicted, such as: 1) victim is too scared after the crime to pursue legal matters 2) rapists, when caught, take a plea deal which usually lightens the sentence 3) rapists, if charged with other violent crimes, will sometimes get off ea…

Nut in a cup, secure the lid, and stick it the freezer. It’s fast and affordable.

Good. Fuck ‘em (figuratively). I can see it already - a fire team of supposed “alpha bitchez” in a fox hole, and throws a dirty ‘pon yelling, “RAG OUT!!”

First, it shouldn’t matter what you are, what you’re born as, or how confused you are…there should not be any selective service. None. Second, if there just has to be a selective service / draft, then it should be based on “what’s good for IS good for thee too” Lastly, even when I enlisted in 2006, the system was still broken. I never registered when I turned 18 bc I knew I was going to enlist but I still got the “hey, you need to register” papers - after I came back from Iraq (I was then 21).

1) You’re in a “men’s rights” group, act like it and not the infantile schmuck you come off as. 2) Go back to school and learn what a run-on sentence is. Learn about punctuation and spelling, too. 3) Then come back and repost your question when reading it won’t be such a damn distraction.
