She files seperate p-lite. Bankruptcy should be expected as a realistic consequence going through divorce. I am mentally prepared to go to jail. Better jail than killing another person.

Yeah, the judge didn’t read anything. I am making $0 and she said she wants $10k in savings a month. What a joke.

I have been to an inpatient, am in outpatient treatment 4 days a week ordered a condition of my release by inpatient psychiatrist and have an outpatient psychiatrist on top of that. I am trying to get it together. But if I blow myself out, I won’t be there anyways. So I am trying to figure out reasons to stay and have these thoughts go away.

Judges in New Jersey have stolen from estates of dead people and nothing happened to the judges. It is called absolute immunity in New Jersey. Read: Ehrlich v. Alvarez https://digitalcommons.law.villanova.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1354&context=thirdcircuit_2022 Filing a complaint will just piss the judge off more and make him rule against me more.

It is a pedante lite order meaning it isn’t child support but temporary

I will meet with her on Tuesday. The judge can order whatever he wants, but I can’t work. Yes that is more than 100% of fill income when I was working and I am not working it is 1000000% of my income.

I had $440k annual. I have PTSD from seeing my kids being ripped in front of me. I work with children and am triggered every time I see kids and am unable to do my job.

Not possible. She is acting like a bitch 10/10. How does bankruptcy work?

Okay. So I have $0. They are sending me to jail? I can’t pay the attorney fees for her side. I have $0.

Bullshit calculations. $10k is savings per month were granted to her. Judges have absolute immunity.

Oh it works. People just don’t stick with it. The physical pain lets you escape the mental pain.

Antidepressant medications work dude. They help you get through the rough patch. You sound like you are at risk for substance abuse. Talk to your doctor before you do something stupid.

Get on an antidepressant. Have seen people fuck up their lives with drugs and alcohol. If the OP is feeling that bad, he should talk to his doctor ASAP.

Ding ding ding! 🛎️ Acceptance that your kids won’t have the perfect mother is a tough pill to swallow. Focus on kids. If it doesn’t involve them, then she deserves what she did to herself by cheating.

5 years later, couple return to their old level of happiness. Kids are stressful. Creating you time and together is important, without it you burnout. Slowing down career to focus on kids and wife going in more vacations can save you more $ in the long run. If you don’t slow down, you will just end up giving that money to attorneys anyways.

Go to the gym. Use the anger and pain to lift. It has been my only escape.

They are selfish. The mother of old times is gone. It is not the “me too” era but the “me me me” era.

Dude, I cried when I went to the gym. I would go and lift then come home and sleep the entire day. Depression sucks. Working out, you will be able to unlock your brain and think.

80% of divorce are filed by women

The pain is going to come out. It can be sweat or tears. Rather have the control and let the pain out at the gym. Yes, the attention of women is nice too but just going to gym to release the pain is the only thing that has made my pain from divorce bearable.

Women’s attorneys are vampires. They play on these women’s anger and suck the family dry of wealth. Kids are the victims, with college debt enslavement.

Work out. Realize you are in a prison. What do people in jail do? Work on themselves so they live longer. You will get to spend time with kids on the backend of life when they are teenagers. You need to be in good shape to live longer to be able to help them. Spend time with other family like parents and siblings. Spirituality and prayer also help. Work on stuff intellectually if you can(e.g pick up an instrument)

Be an "intelligent optimist" when it comes to her Make sure you defend yourself with asset protection, but make the best possible effort to work things out. You will not have regret if you are planning for the worst (consulting with asset protection attorneys) while making an effort towards the best(attending marital counseling). Make an appointment with estate attorney and consult with asset protection attorneys(not divorce lawyers). The goal is to shield money for your kids for the future. For…

Everyone has those thoughts. Take some time off for yourself. You need a break. Then come back and worry about kids. They will be fine if you are not there for a short period taking care of yourself. When you come back they will love you just like before and you will be stronger for them.
