| 1 | Has anyone done the 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat? What were your results? It's really tough obviously. You'll feel serenely calm for a few days afterwards. You'll need to continue to dedicate yourself afterwards to reap the benefits. It's a process of mastering a skill, so you need to approach it with that mindset. I made the mistake of thinking the 10 days would fix everything. I'll be going back again soon. All in all I'd say do it. It could help make you more comfortable in your own skin. | /r/askTRP | 09/11/15 11:52 PM |

| 1 | Fight training was definitely the best self improvement investment I made.I was wondering if someone could lend some advice in finding a boxing gym. I looked all over online, and the closest I could find was a boxing gym 45 minutes away. Am I shit outta luck? Or can I look elsewhere? City is reasonably large, 75,000 people, so it's not like it's the middle of bumfuck nowhere. I just don't like the idea of driving for an hour and half on top of training sessions. | /r/TheRedPill | 11/10/15 05:38 AM |
