1	Are men and women truly mentally equal and deserving of the same pay in non-manual labor jobs? I'm not really sure what I'm trying to say, it's kind of at the back of my head. I think what I'm trying to get across is men are more ok with being alone and doing their hobbies alone, which often are the starting point of big innovations, wheras women (this will come across as sexist, not sure how to phrase it) will more likely be socialising with eachother to not be alone to do hobbies and such.
