Finally some justice for the falsely accusedI suspect she’ll get a very stern warning not to do this 3 or 4 more times. Or else! | /r/MensRights | 29/07/19 12:57 PM
Not Guilty!Thank you. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/19 10:47 AM
Not Guilty! You’re not wrong, but I’ve had so much anger roiling inside of me for the past 3 months with no outlet at all. I just had to get some of it out. I literally felt like it was killing me. It was certainly making me an angrier and less trusting person. I ended up sending my ex a single long message, and I feel much better now. I probably went through 50 drafts to make it exactly what I wanted. Nothing threatening at all, and I made sure to be specific and detailed about her crimes. I really believe… | /r/MensRights | 28/02/19 02:40 AM
Not Guilty!Sorry. That was a mistake. I’ve corrected it. There were actually no real witnesses. Just me and the two women, plus one neutral woman who was driving by and saw the very end of it. When it came to the trial, the prosecution submitted 5 possible witnesses that they would call. The three I named, the cop who arrested me, and one other person who was with us in the bar but not outside. Unfortunately, I’ve got no proof for anything. It’s just my word against theirs. Enough to get me acquitted, but … | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 04:46 PM
Not Guilty!I do not understand how this could be the case. Any light on this problem? Out of everything, this is one of the few things that I’m still unsure about myself. By the time that my attorney told me we couldn’t play the tapes (two days before the trial), he had given me so much other news (no mentioning the polygraph, no chance that the women will be subject to any penalties, no going after the police, etc.) that I didn’t really look into the reasoning very much. He (my lawyer) basically said, “th… | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 04:42 PM
Not Guilty!Right you are, my friend. At this point, I’m crafting a counter punch, but I want to be careful to protect myself against allegations of harassment, stalking, threatening behavior, etc.. I have zero intention of doing anything illegal, but I would love to put up flyers with their faces, post details of their crimes on FB, and generally find any way that I can to let their friends and family know the truth about what they’ve done. I just have to be careful and restrained. I know they’re still loo… | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 02:23 PM
Not Guilty!Few things about this: I had no phone. That’s why I was jogging to my car (or so I thought). The woman who physically assaulted me was my girlfriend at the time, and I loved her. We had a shitty relationship (obviously) but we were NEVER violent with one another, and I never would have called the police on her for something like this. (She wouldn’t have either. It was her crazy friend that started screaming for police. When they arrived and asked what happened, the psycho jumped up and started l… | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 02:12 PM
Not Guilty!Unfortunately there weren’t. As soon as I was released from jail, I started searching. I called city hall, the bar we were at, and walked around the area searching for any sign of a camera. A video would have changed everything... | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 01:15 PM
Not Guilty!Thank you. I’ll x-post later. I will be interested to talk to more people with similar experiences. I literally think I’ve got PTSD from this crap. I’ve lost a ton of weight because I’m never hungry, I never sleep, and when I do I regularly wake up sweating with a watery feeling in my bowels. I’ve been absolutely obsessed with this. Worst of all, I can not look at women the same way anymore. I just don’t trust them anymore. I was always afraid that someone might do this to me, and it ended up be… | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 12:37 PM
Not Guilty!Thank you. I know I’m lucky. If the chips fall the right way, I’ll be heading to law school to try to help others deal with this kind of bullshit. Spending a night in jail was seriously eye-opening. It’s crazy how many men get chewed up by this process. Frankly, most people just don’t have the tools (intellectual, educational, and resources) to fight back at all. They don’t understand their rights, they don’t know when to stop talking, and they put too much trust in the good will of police, pros… | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 12:29 PM
Not Guilty!Thank you. It feels good. Hopefully it’ll make a really nice essay to help me get into law school. Even with so much on the line, I have to admit that I found the trial process really exhilarating. At first, I think my lawyer was annoyed at how involved I wanted to be with everything. I questioned all of his ideas and refused to let him alter the narrative because the truth was all I had going for me (he never wanted me to lie, but he wanted me to explain some of my actions with in simpler terms… | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 12:22 PM

Not Guilty!Thank you. I know I’m lucky. Hard to imagine how differently this could’ve gone if I didn’t have the support network I have. Regarding facts, it was sort of a mixed bag. Here’s a list of some of the major pieces of evidence that came up during the trial: The cellphone: The idiot women chased me outside and attacked me because they were positive that I stole a phone. They admitted to following me after I left, chasing me down the street, and “trying to grab the phone from me” because they didn’t … | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 12:10 PM
Not Guilty!I wish I could, but there’s no proof. The incident happened in downtown Ann Arbor, so I was really hoping to find a video, but there wasn’t one. If there had been, things would have gone very differently. | /r/MensRights | 27/02/19 10:13 AM
Feminists' opinion on false rape accusationsI apologize in advance for how long this will be. If you read on, you will likely understand why this is a topic that I feel compelled to rant about. This tweet does not represent the typical opinion of most feminists. However, the general sentiment that false allegations never occur is rampant among feminists, and it's a serious problem. I strongly suspect that many people here have had a conversation similar to the excerpt that I'm going to share here: Me: I’m not in the “believe all women” ca… | /r/MensRights | 22/02/19 09:06 PM

What an amazing teacher! This is really stupid. Edit: Seriously though. Who in their right mind would literally advocate for punishing children because they’re especially vulnerable. Hard to imagine a less useful attitude. | /r/MensRights | 18/01/19 12:49 PM
I was found NOT GUILTY today for a rape charge that was alleged against me 2 years ago.if injustice could go that far why couldn't it go farther That is a scarily familiar sentiment. It's stuck on repeat in my head. I agreed to talk to the cops because I was sure they'd see this for what it is. Then while I sat in jail, I was certain I'd be able to clear it up during my arraignment. Then I thought my ex would come to her senses and tell the truth, or the judge would toss the case during the pretrial. Obviously none of this has happened. At every potential endpoint, the farce just … | /r/MensRights | 10/01/19 06:15 PM
I was found NOT GUILTY today for a rape charge that was alleged against me 2 years ago.I thought the same thing, but the deeper they drag me into this meat grinder, the more I'm realizing that this is not remotely out of the ordinary in our system. If I had $50,000 to bankroll a legal team, maybe I could make enough noise to see a sliver of justice. As it is, I just need to hold onto my ankles and say thank you once the system is finished with me. This is the #MeToo era. Don't upset women because at the moment, the state is all too eager attack first and ask questions later. That'… | /r/MensRights | 10/01/19 05:20 PM
I was found NOT GUILTY today for a rape charge that was alleged against me 2 years ago. Thanks, man. I appreciate the well wishes. Overall, it's not the end of the world. There's almost no chance that I'll be convicted of this nonsense (knock on wood), but the sheer injustice of it all is mind numbing. The women lied, the police failed to investigate, the rookie prosecutor rammed the case forward with no questions asked, and I just have to sit here and take it up the ass until they all decide they're done fucking me. It's nice to know that I'm not the only one going though this, bu… | /r/MensRights | 10/01/19 05:13 PM
'She controlled my money, and when I could eat' - male domestic violence covered on BBCNo idea what you’re talking about. The longest paragraph has six sentences. Stick with Dr. Seuss, I guess. | /r/MensRights | 20/12/18 08:53 PM

'She controlled my money, and when I could eat' - male domestic violence covered on BBCJesus. This shit is so fucked up. It's bad enough that the justice system is so wildly and blatantly skewed in favor of women, but it's an extra kick in the nuts when our entire society seems to pretend that the opposite is true because men just have all the power and privilege in the universe. | /r/MensRights | 20/12/18 07:59 PM
'She controlled my money, and when I could eat' - male domestic violence covered on BBCIt's domestic violence because one of the girls is an ex of mine. That's part of the reason that I've been treated so unfairly. I live in an area that takes claims of domestic violence very seriously (a hyper-liberal college town). Women are judges, juries, and executioners around here. When they start crying and claim to have been hit, whoever they point to is going in a cage for the night at a minimum. Maybe the truth will work itself out, maybe it won't. In the meantime, the police err on the… | /r/MensRights | 20/12/18 07:39 PM
'She controlled my money, and when I could eat' - male domestic violence covered on BBCI’m in the process of dealing with my own semi-related nightmare. The VERY summarized (But still 100% true) version of the story is that I was chased out of a bar by two drunk women accusing me of stealing a phone (I didn’t. Cops found it in the bar later). They followed me down the street screaming threats, obscenities, and accusations at me despite me telling them multiple times that the phone was in the bar and that I only wanted to leave. The last time I turned to walk away, one grabbed me r… | /r/MensRights | 20/12/18 04:10 PM
