Reddit's new 'Trust and Safety Team' just quarantined the r / european subredditI disagree. I up vote every post I see, so that I don't see them again when I refresh my feed. I maybe down vote one in a thousand posts. | /r/TheRedPill | 13/05/16 01:48 AM
"Squeeze your Glutes" or "How not to get hurt as a fat lazy fuck new to lifting"Do you have previous knee injuries? Also, jumping (literally just jumping up and down, forwards and backwards) is a great way to get all of your lower body to harden the fuck up and to start working properly. There is a process to doing it properly, so that you don't hurt yourself. I am on mobile right now, but I will link the article when I get home tonight. | /r/TheRedPill | 18/02/16 12:53 PM
"Squeeze your Glutes" or "How not to get hurt as a fat lazy fuck new to lifting"If you are deadlifting 300 and squatting half that, you are more than strong enough to squat 275, I think you just need to work your cas to get used to the weight, and to not be intimidated by it. Do you have any videos of you squatting? | /r/TheRedPill | 18/02/16 02:09 AM
"Renaissance Man=men who sought to develop their abilities in all areas of accomplishment: intellectual, artistic, social and physical."Meh, I am married but I recently started to really explore our joint depravity, and I am quite happy. But being RP to me is not about getting tons of ass, it is being the best man I can be, and to constantly push myself. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/14 01:07 AM
"Renaissance Man=men who sought to develop their abilities in all areas of accomplishment: intellectual, artistic, social and physical."Just looked it up (apparently it is short/slang for control a ship) and I can say I have. Just on a smaller scale. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/14 01:01 AM
"Renaissance Man=men who sought to develop their abilities in all areas of accomplishment: intellectual, artistic, social and physical."I distinctly remember my dad sitting me on his lap and explaining what a renaissance man was when I was six or seven years old. It always stuck with me, and I really have tried to be one as well. I can honestly say that I can do everything on the list except conn a ship (not even sure what that is) but I can sure as hell build and sail one. It gives me a lot of pleasure to know that I have completed Heinlen's list. Now to keep adding on to it. | /r/TheRedPill | 25/09/14 12:46 AM
