I dont see any reason to get upset about it. They obviously think she is super attractive, which I always took as a compliment. I used to chat up girls in bars and at parties all the time regardless of the presence of a bf. I never really had any intention on trying to steal her away from the dude. I just like talking to attractive women. It almost caused an issue a couple of times but I have always been good at talking my way out of confrontations. Never been in a fight in all my 34 years. Before we were married dudes would try to talk to my wife fairly often. Usually, I just let it go. I figured it was good for her self esteem. Generally it was in bars when I would go to get more drinks or talk to other people I knew in the place. VERY often at parties, again, when I would leave her alone for a minute. I have generally played out of my league and with my wife she was definitely out of my league. I assume that is why guys always tried to chat her up.

I'm gonna say no. I notice girls staring at me quite often but I can't almost guarantee they are not interested in talking to me. But there will be times I'm sure when they do. The only way to find out is to go say hi.
