| 8 | What's with every girl having a rape story lately?Was listening to NPR today about Affirmative Consent. Seems like a great way to continue this "rape" epidemic. How do you prove between two parties if affirmative consent was reached. If it comes down to he said she said, couldn't a party claim they didn't say yes even if they did.
