My wife is RP aware. I don't really dread, because I don't see is a valuable tool in an existing marriage. That being said, when I started working out, and spending more "me" time, her interest in me elevated. She knows about shit tests, yet still gives them (I guess her hamster is in charge of that). While there is a shitload of hamstering going on in redpillwomen, there is a decent amount of talk about not only finding high SMV males but keeping them as well. It can be hard to find in all the hamster posts but it's there. The problem is that while our strategy tends to require sex upfront, many of them are concerned about keeping their n count low and won't just put out for a while. My view of it went downhill for a bit too. Once I learned to filter out the bitterness that is abundant here I was able to focus on the actual philosophies. My lifting program is kinda like crossfit lite, lifting and cardio at the same time. 45min of that and then I go straight to 45min of Krav. I've dropped 20lbs but increased a shirt size due to my chest and shoulders expanding. I'm about to be in as good a shape as I was in the Army, 30yrs ago. I'm 47 so it's a bit of a big deal to me. Actually you're wrong. At 47 I don't plate above 33. My last was a 29yr old professional, but I've gone as low as 18 and in college. For some women older is better.
