I like your focus on what should be expected as opposed to what is fair or right. Too many people are upset with how things are, but do little more than whine.

Complain all you want about how unfair enforcement and society are, but at the end of the day, you're better off leaving a bitch than risking legal hell from hitting her.

The poster has to be trolling. They're getting downvoted to oblivion though which is a good sign.

Disagree. I want to learn how to make the most of the disequilibrium.

There should probably be a link to this post or a similar one in the side bar so we can just refer new visitors there.

While I think there is a problem, I'm not convinced that the life style advocated by most people in here is ideal. In other words, I've rejected the blue pill and I agree with many of the observations made here about the world, but I think there is still room for debate (and subjective opinion/value judgements) about the best ways to deal with it.

Evidence shows it works for some types of people. I'll try to find a link later.

Interesting. Did you save a link to the story? If not, I'll google it.

Your most recent post about the beginning of the end suggests you're about to change your life in some significant way. Do you have any plans for how you'll approach the next stage of your life?

This is a distraction from what this sub was made for.

Seems like it is just an attempt to get more attention for ROK.

I have no interest in reading 10 (probably fake) stories, especially if it is fat feminist meets weak liberal guy

Since you only have to pay them $.70 on the dollar, you'll be able to undercut all of the competition! /S

From what I've seen the biggest difference is individualism vs collectivism. During my time lurking there, it always seemed like a lot of we/society should do/be X. The only exception being, do not get married. Here, and on most of the blogs that seem to be promoting it (Roosh) the focus seems to be "what can I do to make the most out of the life in front of me?" edit: I guess I should clarify that the individualistic nature is more of an expectation and a hope than it is a description. This sub…

My perception was that the deep south was marginally better than the north. It's certainly more conservative. What caused you to say especially the deep south?

If you wanna get married you really need to leave, or join the jehovah's witnesses where your morality is still somewhat policed haha, yeah, at this point I'm not even sure that the evangelicals have hypergammy under control.

Marriage is about a working family unit, and while there are happy times, there will be stressful times, unhappy times, and terrible times as well. This. I want to have K selected kids, not a r selected shitheads. I definitely agree that marriage is a dangerous gamble not to be taken lightly. It's also one that I'm far from being ready to take. It may even be necessary to leave the US to find a gamble worth taking.

We're in the same age group. I'm about to graduate undergrad. I have a pile of debt, but a job lined up that pays well (finance). I'm planning to eventually learn another language so I can get out of the US as well. If I can't find one that's willing to be a stay at home mother, I think one that works in education, medicine, or other field that doesn't have much of a ladder to climb and is needed everywhere is preferable.
