Prosecute her for slander, libel, and defamation of character. Even IF he is the asshole she claims he is, he still has rights and should exercise them, as he has done nothing criminal at this point.

There does seem to be a trend toward a "guilty until proven innocent" bias in the legal system, especially in the domestic violence sector, and even more so if the alleged perpetrator is high profile. The media has no business judging and passing sentence on people; that is the job of the Courts. Unfortunately, it would appear that innocence proves nothing.
