Incase you dont know, 52.3 % of rape cases were reported to be false in India in 2013-2014. More than half of them being false looks like it's the men who are suffering in India, not the women.

No, it was allegedly done in the residential office, which is the only the place in the fucking house which has cameras. Any deleted footage would be immediately notified to the police. So the defense has a strong point, the videos.
