Seems like the current tactic is to use the owner of the property to terminate the lease, if the proprietor owns the space, they lobby for an "indecency injunction" or some such nonsense with the local government to revoke their business license. I imagine Sex doll Speakeasies will become a thing in short order.

I knew the guy after me, very well, and warned him about my ex. He was dating her the next week! I kid you not. Really drove home the red pill for me, probably one of the biggest pills to swallow, is that even if you warn other men, they will likely not listen anyway.

God this sub was the only real reason I ever came to this site. I remember discovering it during my separation and subsequent divorce years back. I was suicidal and depressed at the time I made a deal with myself that if things didn't get better I would follow through in a year...I felt like I had lost my whole life, identity, etc, I was adrift at sea, so to speak. Then I found this sub, learned I was not alone, got better, and stuck around to help others through their detoxes. I've been here un…

God this so easily could've been me. Everyday I am keenly aware that I'm a job loss, accident, or fate's fancy away from being where he went. I'm sorry for your loss. Powerful story.

They've definitely been letting their progressive side show since Trump, that's for sure.

this is the truest answer here, unfortunately. I usually listen to NPR and Fox and decide which details seem the same and most objective between the two and go from there.

You could invest in the supporting companies like BASF and Dow that make Thermoplastic Elastomers while you wait for a publicly traded company to emerge.

“There are women with a penis and men with a vagina, because the only key part of being a woman is to be and feel like a woman". I wonder how the dudes who still look like dudes feel about this statement.

I think it's both sides honestly, We have men who have no clear mooring on what a man is or any real ideals to aspire to anymore on one hand, on the other we have women doing things that are obvious to intelligent people make them miserable by all measures that really matter, and then add in men's drive to make these women happy but never can because they've been sold lies on what men should do for them and what they should do in return and you get our present day gender war.

I agree, but I'm also a realist, a lot of guys don't quite have that will power yet.

women with daddy issues (most of them) Which is also the largest growing demographic of dating women, thanks to the divorce boom of the last 20 years.

This brings up an interesting point. Some of us that still date/do relationships. You should never get involved with any woman in the legal profession, not even office managers. If a woman has any knowledge of the legal system higher than a layman's, you're just inviting Murphy into your life.

From a technical perspective it's the marriage license and the signing of it by the interested parties. The consequences are never defined and slightly different depending on the judge and the lawyers descretion.

A lot of us have been there, myself included. My ex-wife did actually get some short term revenge. She told everyone I was gay and wanted to be a woman during our separation and that was the reason we were getting divorced. Some idiots actually believed it. Be careful.

It depends on the timing. If they get in there early and kill the companies before they become profitable enough to buy legal reps and politicians yes, but if they wait to long, which they almost always do, they would lose a court battle against banning all sex toys basically.

Sexual access to women in European culture was heavily restricted in those times compared to now, with the exception of prostitution. What we see now primarily started in the Victorian Era from what I can surmise.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
