But it does make a huge difference. Sounds dumb but it works, as it was the only change I made at the time, yet I had no acne as long as I drank green tea.

I'm pretty sure you could also: just bookmark pages you use frequently, go to the website directly through URL link, change your 'new tab' screen into the Opera 'speed dial' deal. I am sure this is possible for most browsers through settings, too. Right now, it's great to see TRP combating this issue with such a response time. It's never good to see a fellow Red-Pilled be sent downwards.

I did this. Went from a high ~20 bf%, to a low 10-12 bf% within a few months. This was as a kid, so, still had childhood fats and did no exercise. Really, cutting sugar is totally worth it. But, remember, one weekend spent showered with sugar, is terrible. I went from 10% to 15% in one weekend and a bit when I was spending a holiday off diet. If anyone wants some time, I can tell you one thing: Just, don't buy it. Don't bring $50 for a small shopping trip, you will buy what you do not need!

Rock climbing is a pretty cool sport, it can not only be a hobby, but also a kick-ass conversation starter, and give you quite some gains (gives you a pump very quickly, since you're hanging on for your life). Sports in my opinion should too be mandatory for someone to become a true Red Pill god/goddess. Makes people attracted to you, too!

I try to time my workouts to certain songs. If I'm doing an exercise that is for a prolonged period of time, only getting harder as my muscles cramp up, I will go for something longer (such as: "Empire of the Cloud", Iron Maiden). Before I discovered TRP, I was a purple-pill. I completely killed my chances my telling my oneitis my feelings. It's better in every way to keep your feelings to yourself if you develop any. I don't think it would apply so much to heavier music, especially Metal or Heavy Rock variants, as it gives off different moods and emotions from what I have experienced and seen from others.
