Right, sexist by treating her exactly like I treat a man.

I'm talking about not refusing to watch things that are already filmed. Same treatment I give Kevin Spacey.

Wasn't aware they were doing reshoots for the Snyder cut. That does change things a bit.

The movie's filmed. This is just a different cut of the footage they already have.

Pretty sure she already filmed that movie.

Even if there's scenes he didn't shoot, the point of the Snyder cut is that it's Zack Snyder's editorial cut. The cut he would have put in theaters if it were up to him when the movie were released. I'm all for not giving Heard more work, but I'd still like to see what Zack Snyder's idea of the best version of that movie is.

Not adding her scenes back in would make what they release not Snyder's cut.

You're thinking of Queen Fictitious of Thatsamadeupstorystan. (Seriously, it's a false story spread about Catherine the Great.)

In the ancient times when our phones were connected to walls and didn't store other people's phone numbers in them, my friend kept a book of girl's phone numbers that he called the Chicktionary.

Anyone, regardless of gender, who physically attacks their romantic partner is in dire need of mental health care at best and an absolute piece of shit at worst (most of the time, it's this one).

Absolutely. And I apologize because, upon re-reading my comment, my words make the pro-choice stance seem more callous than I intended. I don't believe that you, or other pro-choice people, think that a woman's body autonomy outweighs a life. I'm very cognizant of the fact that where we differ is the definition of a life. I think we all agree on the facts, we just differ on the meaning of them, making this a philosophical issue as much as a moral one. From my standpoint, a fetus is only situatio…

I agree 100% with everything you said. This sub used to (arguably) kind of fly in the face of that incel MGTOW bullshit by basically going, "Look here, this woman did wrong and was held accountable for it! It's not all bad, guys. The double standards are eroding." Now, the majority of the content doesn't belong here, it belongs on subs like r/clevercomebacks in the best cases (which it's where this post belongs) and those women hating incel circlejerk subs at worst. The guy I initially replied t…

Very rare to see someone with the ability to discuss these topics logically on this sub anymore. Good on you. Also, I respect the fact that you stated your position on abortion while acknowledging the validity of opposing viewpoints. I, personally, believe the value of the unborn life outweighs the body autonomy of the pregnant woman. This is not in any way because I don't value women's rights, I simply believe that a right to life outweighs a right to quality of life when they're in direct comp…

How credible was the threat to burn down the bar? He left, got shit to set on fire, returned, and started setting shit on fire. Credible enough.

If you really think this is "Unwanted touching", then you are ironically as PC as the PC culture you are trying to protest. This is a harmless feel good prank. I respectfully disagree. First of all, this sub isn't about protesting against PC culture, it's about unfair double standards. Secondly, it's not overly PC to think that people should have the right not to be touched when they don't want. Several of the young men in the video were clearly extremely uncomfortable and tried to pull away mul…

Right, I have a fixation with children. Pedo, you're the one trying to convince yourself it's okay to fuck them. You keep saying "teenagers". "Teenagers aren't so innocent!" "Teenagers have sex!" Well, lots of teenagers are straight up children. And I don't think you want to fuck a 17 year old or 16 year old; you've already pointed out that this is legal in a fair number of places and, therefore, isn't worthy of such spirited advocacy. You like 'em real young though. Young enough that you feel t…

Not as much as your creepy pedophile ass needs therapy if you can't see how wrong it is to advocate for adults to be able to fuck kids consequences free.

If a female student and female teacher slept together the only question anyone would ask would be 'can I watch next time?' No, most people aren't willing to actively participate in the exploitation of minors. You're now advocating both sexual assault against children and child pornography.

What the fuck made you decide to use a post about how it's wrong for adults to fuck kids regardless of gender as a platform to push your pro-pedophile agenda? I hope you stay far, far away from kids, seek professional help, and don't fuck any kids.

Unpopular Opinion: She's not wrong. She doesn't actually say that if Charlie's Angels bombs, it will be because men don't want to see women in action movies. She says it will reinforce the stereotype that men don't want to see women on action movies, which is objectively true. An African American being convicted of a crime reinforces the stereotype that African Americans are criminals. Meeting an Irishman who's an alcoholic reinforces the stereotype that Irishmen are alcoholics. This movie bombi…

It hurts the qualified student who didn't get in because their spot was taken by a rich kid who couldn't get in based on their grades and academic performance. Also, this isn't simply a case of donating money to secure admission. These were bribes used to secure athletic scholarships for sports the kids didn't even play in high school.

Yeah, I was actually specifically thinking of juveniles being given much more community service hours for fast less serious offenses.

While it doesn't say it in the article, it's fairly likely that the judge did sentence her to the thirty days in jail, but suspended the sentence providing that she complete a probation successfully. If she fails to do her classes and community service, she'll probably have to do the jail time. I work in law enforcement and see that type of stuff all the time in court. It's actually not uncommon for anyone who's a first time offender charged with a misdemeanor. What is complete bullshit, however…

I was in a similar situation about ten years ago. No one ever got arrested and she was only physically abusive once (I never hit her). I eventually got out of the situation, met my wife, had kids, and couldn't be happier. I hope your story also has a good ending.
