I was the same way but I changed that image of myself when I realized it was just that, a projection made up in my head. I realized this from meditation and going within myself to love myself. All the other things people listed worked for a little but it doesn’t get rid of that thought in the back of your head you’re not good enough. If she’s interested, she will communicate with you when she’s free. Texting should be for getting the date and only that. The only thing that happens when you text is you can come across as needy or say something that has no context and will be taken the wrong way because it’s a text message.
