I never said cops can’t ask, I just said your in your right to refuse, I have even sent the applicable law for Colorado that defines stop and identify. Nice try Chud

No they don’t, they need to ID you if you come back and get trespassed. Company policy of IDing does not allow the police to do so. A similar case at a train/subway station happened and was reviewed by an audit channel. Basically if you are leaving after being asked to the can’t ask for your ID as you haven’t done anything wrong yet, as soon as you come back and trespass you have

To be honest this is kinda messed up. After she agreed to change, they decided to trespass her and then wouldn’t let her leave. Being police does not give you the right to check people’s IDs
