Well I guess that's one way.

No, the guy in question found out at the same moment I did.

Would you think it better to have multiple messengers?

If I was going to do it or decided on doing it, I would most definitely take this route.

I've considered that. It's especially touchy considering we live together. His younger brother also loves with us and knows the info, so maybe he will tell him.

Those are my thoughts as well. I'd put money on him believing her rather than me and then getting angry with me for whatever reason he or she could hamster up.

I haven't made it clear to him that she isn't liked. I do treat her in a way that there is no question I am not fond of her. The way I see it, I just treat her in a very RP way, but to him it seems abrasive.

I've been here for a relatively short amount of time and among the many principles TRP preaches everyday I read it, it's the fact that you are in control of your life and no one else that has stuck with me. If you aren't happy with (insert whatever), get rid of (insert whatever). Easy analogy: if you aren't satisfied with your physique, get off your ass and go get the physique you want. You must take what you want for yourself. TRP is not just about the male-female relationship dynamic (MFRD). H…

Do you think a derivative of this would work? Something like: F: "Are you gay?" M: "Who's asking?" or "Asking for yourself?" or "If you're asking, yes." An adaptation of your original "Are you the alternative?" Maybe with a slightly more overt insult.

No. My mother worked with her father in the early 2000s. They moved to a different city and we never saw them again. I have no recollection of her as we're very young. We met again in college but I did not know who she was until my mom saw her last name, then realizing who she was. That's how we " reconnected" if you can really call it that.

To me, it seemed like a red flag because it's implied she has certain expectations in regards to a LTR. That along with how picky she apparently was about the date made me believe she was just looking for benefits and not actual investment or effort into a LTR. It is possible I am a complete idiot and this viewpoint is completely wrong.

I need to watch The Matrix. Shun me if you must for not watching it.

This is the overarching theme. Would you suggest monk mode?

Well put. The self-improvement theme is really starting become more prevalent in each facet of TRP.

But why? Without distribution, how do we expect other men to consume and make a difference?

My main strategy was to perpetuate the conversation by asking why they have that opinion. Essentially, I want them to attempt to explain why and perhaps see the holes in their argument. Should I approach it differently?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
