I work on an assembly line building yard trucks and most of the guys don’t like the one gay woman we have on the line because she’s too weak to pick up a lot of the heavy parts 🤣🤣🤣 so she gets the same pay as us while technically doing less work. But she’s a temp employee and only shows up on average 3 days a week 🤷🏻‍♂️ so I personally don’t care.

That's how it is at my bar, on the weekends there are usually 6 bouncers, 2 at the front door, 2 at the back gate (outside patio area) and 2 upstairs, and we switch positions every hour or 2, anytime something goes down you are never alone and there's always atleast 2 or 3 of us tossing people out.

I'm 24 now but when I was a freshman in highschool this is exactly what was happening to my school it was becoming a shit hole, fights every day in the hallways, mexicans, white trash, blacks from really shitty parts of town, nobody doing any work in class just fucking around constantly giving the teachers lip.
