Sorry to hear that. In my experience by the time it comes to therapy she’s already made her mind up. It sucks. It’s been several months for me now and still doesn’t feel real. Allow yourself to feel angry, sad and all the other emotions. Being there for kids is the main focus now. If you can get counselling do that too.
