| 8 | Easiest way to start?What has helped me: To ease into it , remove the end goal of getting a girls number or hitting on them. This removes any anxiety fostering due to anticipating a result. Just simply talk to any woman that’s standing in line next to you, or who is getting your coffee etc. this can be small talk, should be fun, and easy.
