That just isn't true. All of the studies included 15-year olds. Some studies also included older and younger participants, but that in no way discredits the results because if 15-year olds had a higher maternal mortality or pregnancy complication risk, then the results would show that teenage pregnancy is more dangerous than adult pregnancy, even if the older teenagers didn't have an increased risk.
