I think two people should have equal opportunity, all other things being equal.

For a man that has barely become stable, volatile investments arent wise recommendations given nobody has a crystal ball.

That's far too much drama. It's not your job to police all women.

He makes good points for men who wish to pursue relationships and having children while taking on as low a risk as possible. He doesnt tell men to have children.

What kind of new age bullshit is this lol? Literally on the level of women who are into horoscopes, crystals, and tarot cards.

yeah, I cant fault them for this short term decisionmaking. If everybody tells you that you should act a certain way, with few dissenting voices in their circles, it's hard to orient your belief system. I think given time society will correct itself. The nature will heal meme is real

Hard to tell. I dont think as much would change as we would expect since men would still want companionship over the long term.

Women have hierarchies too for who can secure the best men and it is how they display value to the other women. The main difference here is that they achieve these goals by appearing as subservient to the man but will demonstrate herself as alpha (in a way men cant really perceive) to her friends.

Calling somebody an incel as an insult makes sensw. It is powerful because men seek validation from women and it says "you arent good enough." Sure, you can pay for sex, but I would argue part of the definition of celibacy in this context also assumes willingness on her part without the guarantee of payment. With that said, people overuse the hell out of that term as a catch all insult.

I think he was very eloquent with his response and justification. I think a lot of behavior today (by any person) is proportional to the risk of retaliation. If you cannot retaliate, it emboldens people to push boundaries.

I'm in the same boat as you. Sounds like near the same income and once my car payment is gone I'll have near the same expenses. I am not depriving myself of happiness to get here either. I have no idea how people can spend as much as they do. The best part of saving for the future is knowing if anything happens I'll be OK and I cant be taken advantage of at work like most indebted people.

The red pill for women is probably acknowledging their beauty and age as something that depreciated over time and, in her prime, locks down a guy who is either successful or has a high reliably of becoming so along with a decent personality. Their 'blue pill' is denying reality and waiting until too late because she thinks she has all the time in the world and ends up being wrong.

Some women will agree with you, most wont. Why speak out against a system that benefits you? The real recommendation is to just do your own thing and not look for validation from others to define what you believe. Some part of you wanted her validation which is why you started talking about it .. possibly hoping to convince her ?

Yeah, she doesnt look bad for 51. There are many that have no self control and look worse in their 20s.

I'm of the opinion where no challenge exists, we make some kind of challenge for ourselves whether it is the result of restlessness or because an 'easy' life doesnt give us the experience to avoid bad decisions.

I dont agree with the notion that not crying is a form of emotional suppression for (most) men. It just happens that men have mechanisms to deal with their problems outside of crying. Crying is a form of asking others for help and men know it will serve no purpose, so instead we strive to build a plan, resolve, and fix it ourselves. This method has more benefit over the long term because it builds us up so that we are prepared when a larger problem occurs that we would not have been able to solv…

It depends on the situation. My parents have consistently treated me kindly and fairly. They have also planned for their ability to support themselves after their working years. If something were to happen, I wouldnt mind helping. If my parents were unkind towards me and spent recklessly with the assumption I would be their retirement, I would not help.

I'd rather her abort than have tax payers support a kid that the mom wouldnt be invested in raising right.

Loosely similar experience here. College degree, unemployment after college, but doing well now. Not making tech level salary but I'm a middle of the road engineer who works with processes. Mostly concerned with making sure my functional needs are met. I'm a honda civic, amazon basics, 401k kind of guy. Not short, fat, or ugly, but solidly average. Have been going to the gym for a decade. Friendships come easily, but desire from women doesnt. What I know is if I do pair up, based on my life expe…

You can give 15k/yr without having to do any paperwork afaik but there still remains a lifetime cap of near 11 million, regardless of how much is gifted or the size of the increments.

The desire for convenience has ruined our activity levels and made us prefer unhealthier meal alternatives. Sugars and vegetable oils are in our diet like never before and drive up weight. We are addicted to screens which deprived us of sleep. Sleep is fundamental to body regulation and affects what kinds of foods you crave and how hungry you are. Those are the main reasons. We are now in an environment that facilitates weight gain and, if you fight against it, you can be healthy. Back in the da…
