I was with him until his speech to the last girl. No way was she worth all that time and effort, and I think he would have looked bad by engaging her in such a conversation. Surely there had to be a quicker way to shut her down and let her know she's not even worthy of a conversation with him.

I've always found this line of thinking ridiculous. Have you ever been in a fight? Ever seen one? How much thinking is he supposed to put into the appropriate amount of force before he takes action to defend himself? Physical altercations don't happen the way they do in the movies. "Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own." For some time now I've been operating from this Bruce Lee quote and for me swallowing the pill was no different. I still plan on getting married and I'm looking forward to having a family. But the things I've learned from this subreddit have given me incredible insight and greatly impacted my success in many areas of life, not just women.

Check out an Android app called AlarmRoller. It lets you define messages to pop up as notifications randomly throughout the day. You can set the time period, number of times per day, and minimum time between notifications. I often create an alarm when I have a thought about something I want to work on. This helps me internalize it rather than have it be a random thought that I lose track of.
