1	Just seeking adive if i'm doing right - Took the Red pill and stopped being the nice husband since a month and here is what happened I've only just started training again since gyms have been closed since last September, but I'm going for a 5x5 again myself. I stick to compound lifts, which I alternate among. For example I might do bench press one session and weighted dips the next. An example is Squats, OHP, Weighted Chin-Ups, 5x5. 5/3/1 is good too.
