I refuse to give up my sports for lifting. I am naturally lean and 6'2", 80kg. I just keep eating protein and also throw in some calisthenics. Keeps me ripped...but I do live in the UK and there's not as much a lifting culture here

My main experience with it was from close female friends at Uni who I never really had any intent with at the time (graduated 2 years ago). After graduating I realised I was basically friend zoned with them all as we were all a close-knit group. I span two plates whilst at university (as in these were regular hook-ups supplementing my one-nighters); I was told I was punching above my weight with both of them. One plate broke due to external forces outside of my control. The remaining plate I span for 9months and kept my frame the whole time. She dread gamed me a few times which I resisted. Then ONE time I lost my frame when drunk and told her I 'needed her' or something equally as weak. Never managed to spin her again; big regrets.
