| 2 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyGrateful for your response. My apologies but I won’t be able to fully read or respond until I finish work. Will definitely do so though, cheers. | /r/MensRights | 14/05/23 12:00 AM |
| 5 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyI am not from the states so I will not comment on your first question. As for the second, I am from Canada. Here in Canada we do not have the caste system, nor have we historically had something similar. We have had issues with First Nations rights, but unlike India this was not a class problem. So when considering women's spaces to the same degree as in India, we do not need that in Canada. However, that does not mean women's spaces should not exist. I fully support women's only gyms, washrooms… | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 11:44 PM |
| 3 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyThank you for this comment. If it's alright with you I'll answer it in another comment I am writing in response to you. | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 11:30 PM |
| 3 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyPlease read through what I stated. I said that this issue is directly discussed by Gandhi. I am allowed to agree and disagree with what he says as well as mention some of the historical actions he took in India, one of them being to dismantle the caste system. I have a feeling you may be attempting to troll me by now since you actively ignore the content of my comments and are going through my responses to other people. I would like to have active dialogue, not slander or a lack of preparedness … | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 11:23 PM |
| 5 | Company Gone WokeHey man, honestly the situation you are in sucks. You'll get many suggestions as to what to do here, and I wish I could contribute to them but I'm stumped. I wish you the best of luck and that you get through this misandry. | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 11:17 PM |
| 3 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyMake an argument as to why my comment was racist, not by stringing sentences together with poor grammar. To answer your question at the end, no, I do not understand. I assume you did not read what I posted and are responding emotionally to me disagreeing with the initial post. Also, I am not American so I suggest you do not use those American-centric examples to try and convince me of anything. | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 11:15 PM |
| 3 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyCheck out my post history and you’ll see I’m no feminist. Now be quiet while adults have a conversation. | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 11:06 PM |
| 1 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyAdministrative data deficiencies plague understanding of the magnitude of rape-related crimes in Indian women and girls Thats the title of one of the articles, but I fully understand your point so I decided to look into it. I've quoted a paragraph that describes it here for ya: The NCRB data are based on the First Information Report (FIR) filed with the police for a crime, and these data are known to under-report a variety of crimes including sexual violence [30, 31]. It is estimated that only 1… | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 10:12 PM |
| -3 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyCalm your horse there cowboy. I do not trust newspaper pieces because they lack the sources and peer reviewing an academic piece does, plus they lack proper statistical information that is critically analyzed, in addition to often containing biases that are not edited out. Not to mention that media companies publish based off of what can gain viewers, that’s their business. An academic article doesn’t do that, at least no where near to the same degree as they are published and do not make money … | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 09:45 PM |
| -5 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyI am perfectly open to discussion about this, but I ask that you find me an academic article, not newspaper pieces Edit: going to give an upvote though cause I appreciate the effort. | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 08:35 PM |
| 3 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women Only“Administrative data deficiencies plague understanding of the magnitude of rape-related crimes in Indian women and girls” BMC Public Health “India’s Rape Crisis” McGill International Review 2022 “Beneath India’s rape crisis lies many deep-seated issues that have existed for decades. Enduring class biases continue to permeate every aspect of Indian society. The vast inequalities perpetuated by the caste system contribute to a society where men of higher castes — Brahmins and Kshatriyas — are able… | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 08:18 PM |
| -5 | Soon Even The Streets Will Be Women OnlyNot silly. India has a very different culture than in NA and Europe. Rape, SA, and female assault is far more prevalent there than here. Females do need more protection there. Culturally females also are like women in the 1950s US in terms of opportunities. Fully support men’s rights of course, but we need to be understanding that some countries are farther behind with women’s rights than us. They need protections in a culture that offers few to them. | /r/MensRights | 13/05/23 07:14 PM |
| 6 | I was faulsly accused of sexual assault at my new schoolKeep your head up. I know it's extremely hard to get through. Honestly, seek legal help for defamation. She made false criminal claims against you. If you have any proof like the texts, take screenshots. Write down everything that occurred to the best of your memory. Even if you do not need it now, it's best to have it written for your own protection in advance. Seek a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, look for lawyers which are available for free. There are some who volunteer cases based on the… | /r/MensRights | 01/05/23 06:37 PM |
