it's just another version of shaming language women employ when they hear something uncomfortable to them and rather than face, it they try and shame the messenger into silence.

Women do shit like this. Men could care less. Women are the ones who will suddenly be attracted to a man because OTHER women are attracted to him. Men pretty universally like the same types of women, younger and hot. It's why society could never shame men into like obese women en masse, with the failed body positivity movement. This is why women are suddenly getting nose rings like crazy.. because they saw other women doing it. They are like a hive mind. Men don't do this or think like this.

That example shows some men sexualize women regardless of what they do. That is about unsolicited attention, not whether some women choose to seek attention. Those are separate issues being conflated.

I think you are being obtuse. The point was not whether some creepy, socially awkward guy or Chad could catcall women in an abusive way and the OP is claiming that would be OK with women if it's Chad. This is a strawman argument if there ever was one. It's textbook! the point is women are just fine with being objectified in certain circumstances but claim they aren't. They are happy to post endless thirst traps on social media for likes and validation from strangers but if you call it out, they …

You said, you reject it because it lacks depth, not that you reject it across the board. You are now changing the goalposts.

I think you just made the OP's point for him

I'm not losing any sleep over it, but it's the gaslighting I can't stand. Just own it

Unfortunately, it seems that many women cannot tell the difference between real strength and confidence and someone who is simply an asshole who doesn't give a shit about what people think or understand his own limitations. The second category are far more prevalent and none of them seem to have trouble finding women. Understanding or simply acknowledging this is largely what led to things like red pill and why it's not going away anytime soon.

Do you have the same level of social skills and personality you expect in a man, especially if suddenly the roles were reversed and it was YOU who had to sell yourself like a salesman on a date for the approval of someone else?

Exactly!

"The myth that unattractive guys are “good guys” and just need a chance is a joke." Based on your experience of giving ONE of them a chance and having it go south.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 03:31 PM

There are plenty of examples from redpill guys where there might of been a period of time when they acted like assholes and treated women like crap and this was the most successful they had ever been with women. I've seen this a little too often and watched it happen in reality enough to doubt its just random or only in extreme cases.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 03:25 PM

"Because i can easily say that the attractive guy has more social experience, different views on women and behaves differently, which calls for different reaction, unlike your typical looser." Bullshit. An attractive guy can also be a complete antisocial asshole like Clavicular who is openly racist, sexist and insults women to their faces, yet has no shortage of women lining up to sleep with him simply because he is attractive AND other women want him.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/26 03:20 PM

I disagree. I believe women love validation from strangers, whether it's men or women and attraction has almost nothing to do with it. I am not saying they want to be approached or have rude comments made to them but they like and want the validation from anyone We often confuse this with thinking women are seeking sexual validation because they quite often will post thirst traps on social media or go shopping at the the grocery store in "pants" that are so revealing, they may as well be bodypai…

Can you imagine if someone, in 2026, posted a list of how women were expected to behave or some list of rules they should follow? There used to be such lists in the 1950s geared towards housewives. The real issue here is not to debate the merits or lack thereof of some list for men, it's the simple fact that our society not only puts expectations on the behavior of men, it's often just accepted without thinking or argument and we no longer have any such expectations for women. The social contrac…

Redpill and the manosphere in general are two sides of the same coin. They are not perfect by any means and lots of what they say can be harmful. They also have some good advice and ideas that work and have stood the test of time. However... They are not talking down to men. They are acknowledging their struggles and pain without shaming them. They are also calling out women's bad behavior in a time in our society where it's verboten to do so. Nothing and nobody else is willing to do this. Many …

If I cared that much about having casual sex, I would just go see escorts. I really never saw the appeal. The most common reason men won't do that is they say they want a woman who is into them and not being paid for it. Well, I hate to break it to you but women have casual sex aren't really that into you either, she probably had casual sex with some other bloke the night before, was probably drunk when she did it and is doing it for validation or some other unhealthy coping mechanism for someth…

If you look on social media, hundreds of women are out their crying in their cars about how men are trash and there are no good men left anymore. You look at magazine and internet articles about the "problems with men" The REAL issue is that the good men who would treat these women well are invisible to them and they consistently pick and choose the same losers over and over and over again.. in many cases often because they see other women choosing them. Women by and large act like they are part…
