I’m not understanding this. To me coffee, fro yo, etc would be the perfect date. I wouldn’t expect some crazy fancy date until things are more established. I want to get to know the person better not necessarily be wined and dined. Also, what’s great about those types of dates is that they are generally short. If you don’t click no biggie. If you do click then you can always extend the date.
