Get good grades so your parents are happy. I know it sounds cliche but trust me good grades help in the long run. Lift don't know a good routine download strong lifts 5x5 to your smartphone. Its a great way to start strength training. Also all the moves you can Google to learn how to do. Read books from r/redpillbooks I would start with No More Mr. Nice guy. This book helped me So much. Plus it's not that big of a book but a lot of knowledge in those pages. As always read the side bar
