I really hope Rolling Stone loses a lot of money. Its the only thing that will make journalists think twice next time something like this happens. They have the power to destroy lives with lies, it's only right to have thier business damaged.

Is she implying that if a women gives you consent, you start having sex, then mid-intercourse changes her mind, that should classify as rape? Are you fucking kidding me? That is in no means rape. That means you stop, pack up, and leave. The woman made a mistake. If you say no mid-sex, the parties stop. If the male doesn't stop then that could be rape, but if you change your mind during the act and stop, that doesn't make it rape because you pulled consent.

I don't know how much any amount of proof will help. Rape is being defined as what a woman felt about a sexual encounter. Feminists argue that even if a woman says yes, she could be too afraid of the man to say no. So even if she is actively gives consent, but in her mind thinks that she does not want to consent, it is rape. Couldn't you argue the opposite, as to say "I didn't want to have sex with her, but she was naked holding a condom and gave me a nod, I felt the pressure of society too much…
