1	There is UNACCEPTABLE profiling (George Zimmerman being suspicious of Trayvon Martin), and ACCEPTABLE or UNDERSTANDABLE profiling ("She fears you") Fear of gays: homophobia Fear of outsiders: xenophobia Fear of men: androphobia Fear drives people to persecute those they fear. 1	Because when it comes to family violence, only men do it and only men need counselling. Abused. What does that mean anyway. A common legislative technique for killing freedom is to frame laws that are very broad. First it was "rape". That's pretty easy. I can manage to not do that. Then it was "harassment". That's more tricky, but I can stay away from where I'm not wanted. Then harassment was redefined as unwanted attention, even once.
