Some of his material has been really handy for me. I started dating what he would consider a high value woman, good job, good looks and the basics of early dating was really handy. As things progressed I was able to slowly open over time. ​ I think to summarise his advice, it would be don't be too needy, distance creates attraction and be the best you can be for yourself. Don't take any advise too literally because life just doesn't work by script
