You’re right, but I’m on the right path challenging myself in a lot of different ways. Biggest weakness for me is thriving in an established group where there is a certain etiquette expected among members

Why does the situation feel different approaching girls in front of your boss vs. being alone? I feel more scarcity mentality taking risks in front of my boss

I was in the exact same boat as you 6 months ago, a complete wreck from psychedelic use and using lots of CBD to cope. You know what's helped? Throwing myself in the fire. You need to go do challenging things and build character - Public speaking, powerlifting, approaching girls, anything that you're terrified to do you need to do it. I'm lucky enough to have a job that has me facing fears daily, this helps a lot. I fucked up bad at work and had to give three different speeches about my fuckup i…

https://imgur.com/a/u3J7eWi This is me at 20% bf. I'm lucky I don't hold a lot of fat on my face so my jawline is still visible. Unless you've been lifting for 5+ years, you're going to look skinny at a lower bf. I think most guys would be better focusing on strength and putting on muscle and not worrying about bf so much.

Heavier guy will get there faster than a lighter guy, not even an argument

Lol ok, do you really think a 5'9 140 lb guy can get to a 225 bench as fast as a 6'3 180 lb guy?

What do you for assistance work? Shit, 6 presses a week you better be doing some rows or something

Texas method, honestly I want to get strong af over a beach body, like 600 dl 500 squat

Yeah pretty sure it's my form, I had some upper back rounding and wasn't really using any leg drive

18-20% bf right now, my arms are only 15" flexed and look disproportionate to my thighs

Long legs, long arms, probably need to work on my form
/r/askTRP30/11/18 09:21 PM

Maybe having an athletic background in basketball helped my squat development? I probably need to work on my dl form too

Yeah 180 6 months ago. It's even people that I just meet, they seem more intimidated

Yeah 1 rep max. I would add weighted pullups for lats and some arm work
/r/askTRP29/11/18 02:55 AM

6'2, aim for at least 215 lbs Bench 225, squat 315, deadlift 405 and you'll look alright
/r/askTRP29/11/18 02:36 AM

Do I need to have the overhead press in my program? Or is bench alone enough
/r/askTRP10/11/18 05:05 AM

How do I go 225 to 315 bench without roids

If you aren't eating in a calorie surplus and consuming lots of protein, you're not going to gain weight. Calorie surplus + high protein + progressive overload = gains

What do I do about it? I over analyze everything

Sometimes I do feel like I fell at the top of the mountain though. Natural good looks + height, and I've been handed a lot from my parents growing up. The only thing I've ever really done for myself is lifting and reading the sidebar. Self doubt is my biggest problem, girls have told me to stop fighting myself.

Height and weight? How long have you been doing the program? You're going to stall eventually, if you stall for two weeks and you're eating enough I would switch to an intermediate program
/r/askTRP18/10/18 12:58 AM

Why not bulk and go bearmode?
/r/askTRP16/10/18 01:53 AM

What do you eat? Oatmeal ground up in a shake can be easy calories
/r/askTRP15/10/18 10:55 PM

Yeah if you stick to heavy compounds and eat 3500+ calories/day you'll put on weight fast. I went from 6'3, 180 lb to 215 lb in a year of training. Some of it was fat, but if you're skinny starting out it doesn't really matter.
