Sure that it feels alienating. And I think it's sort of caused by the fact that feminism isn't a monolith, and there seem to be so many internal factions of which one thinks the other one isn't radical enough (for example about trans-people), which IMO makes it a hostile environment as a guy, easy to combust. There are ample feminists that will not accept you no matter what. A guy won't ever feel totally safe in such an environment. I also start to wonder whether allies are sort of being disenfr…

I think there's work to do for us to go against the kind of sentiment portrayed in the video by HealthyGamerGG as I think it's disingenuous. It says it's about "incels" but it targets other men that are sensitive to the message ("all men bad!") but aren't at all like the caricature in the video, but still have the feeling they're being called out here. It fits in this narrative we often hear nowadays that talks about women surpassing men when it comes to stuff like education, making money, havin…

It's typical that feminists say this when there was this Valerie Solanas among their ranks who was almost successful in unaliving Warhol and Amaya.

It's crazy that this amount of effort is done to introduce legislation for something that happens so sporadically in Europe. Don't know the details in Italy, but in my country the number of unalivings 2 years ago were around 180, of which a minority were women. If we take the approximately 18 million inhabitants, and assume 0.5% is male, then a measly 0,002% of men would be responsible for this crime in particular. And then we haven't even considered the fact that not all of the perpetrators may…

First of all thanks for working for true gender equality. It may be me, but I'm easy to disregard easy oneliners meant to smother any discussion. If people have to resort to SIGN-language then what is it even worth to engage with them? Those are the people that are not acting in good faith anyway, and they will ignore your arguments out of hand. Perhaps say to them you don't understand why they're using the easy way out against people having a different opinion?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
