I think you just provided my point my guy, she was the other woman to a married man. Regardless of her relationship status it was worse to be the other woman to a married man.

The only time a woman is harshly judged for infidelity is when she is the other woman. And often by…. Other women.

The “women’s nature” response I took to mean that the double standard is in a woman’s nature. Other women praising women who find their “true love and happiness” (by way of cheating on their spouse and leaving them and their kids) but if a man cheats on his spouse and finds his true love, it’s deemed deplorable and the world would rather destroy his social standings, his job, everything about his reputation. The double standard is that women support other women (in their nature) but wouldn’t app…

10-4, so more real life feedback VS broad overview of generalized information, which was how I initially read your post.

Lots of these questions can be asked and answered with a lawyer. As well as looking up your state child support laws, which WA has available online.

This might not be entirely relevant but I saw a post on social media about a now married lesbian couple who had a years long affair with one another each while married to men and with young children. Eventually both women left their husbands, came out and are now living happily ever after as influencers. The comments were overwhelmingly supportive, encouraging of the couple to have been so brave to live their truth in life and find one another. I was shocked, because anytime a man has an affair …

Just saw your state and your profession, I am the same state and also same profession (different specialty) so that gives me an idea of the type of support I’d be paying, plus CS. Those numbers are rough.

Congratulations that’s an inspiring success story and a relief for your mental and financial health. Do you mind sharing what accounts you opened and used? I’m in the research phase of my potential beginning process and I’d like to have a few more tools.

She probably can’t afford COL due to being single, it’s not necessarily a red flag to me especially since she has a solid career with longevity and options. But if she’s asking for money, asking to pay her bills while you’re just dating…that’s a red flag. But if you’re not discussing marriage and a future together I guess you don’t have to worry about that right now. But I’d suggest a vasectomy.

Are you saying child free marriages end in divorce in 2 years? And this is based on personal observations…or….? And is this for first and second marriages? I just don’t think a child free marriage means a soon divorce every time. I have seen it twice among all my friends but also more often married for 10+ years, or in second marriages where children were had previously but not in the current marriage. And those seem to be the most functional. Also is it safe to assume that marriages with childr…

Leave it. Keep your side of the street clean as much as it sucks. Let them deal with the consequences of their actions in time.

I don’t think this is the correct community you are seeking advice from? You might have more success in the other woman sub.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
