I could well do, I have read reports of this happening before. I didn’t feel it was negotiated attraction because I simply laid out what I needed to be happy in a marriage. It doesn’t need to be a marriage with her and that was explicit because she brought up separation I will absolutely follow-up in a month, the dynamic seems to have changed for the positive, but as pointed out, this could be temporary

Impressive knowledge and correct, my wife does not feel this way, she somehow feels entitled and at the same time separate. I am hoping the cure for this is dread and leadership

Yup, very similar you and I, you have essentially outlined my start point, motivations, work environment and also how I got trapped. really good to hear that you keep providing but realise that this gets taken for granted and is a turn off so adjust for it by getting gains, amp'ing dread and gaming wife. Valuable lesson here and something I need to work on hard. I am also going to add a point in my MAP when I get a harder and just lay it down. As has been pointed out, you can lead all you like, …

Thank you man, really good post, I appreciate it and will take your advice

I used to be that 100%, I am now in a good place from this perspective and don't feel the need to fix her problems or get sucked into her frame. I think that is different from what I do want to fix, which is leading her and my family to a place whereby they have a generaly positive outlook on life. This isn't fixing her at all, it is fixing my own leadership gaps

When did I say it was? If OYS can be divided into Self, Work, Home, then I guess it is roughly 1/3rd of everything (assuming you enjoy what you do, are passionate about that and strive to be the best at it, money will come)

Very good food for thought. She does get dread, but the rope has t tightened yet. She doesn't get enough which is why I decided to move on to working at DL6-9. Also, I want to improve my general social skills and have fun with other people The concept of Shame is really impactful to me, it has given me a big lightbulb moment so thank you

Good lifts, I am 42. For comparison (divide by 2.2) your lifts are (in kgs): Bench: 124 Squat: 183 Dead: 234 OHP: 61 (mine is 55) I see what you mean on Covert contract and yes, I am disappointed that she isn't able to enjoy what she has, and yes, I provide what she has

Very fair, as apart of the next few phases of dread I am putting together a divorce plan

I genuinely don't know how to be awesome, I am somewhere between an adrenaline junkie who does extreme sports and a math geek, I make a lot of money and am good looking, but I am a social retard

I totally agree with this, except the covert contract bit. I think you nailed it on setting expectations and involving kids. Others nailed it on being more personally involved. A lot to work on
/r/askMRP16/11/17 09:00 PM

How is any of this a covert contract? Where do I state an expectation for her to do anything in exchange for what I provide (separate issue in leadership and manliness I know, but NOT a covert contract issue). People come on here all the time and go on about Ramboing and abuse noobs for moving too fast etc. The constant advice is to lead your SO to a better place, not be angry. This is all I asked, how to lead to a better place. I actually got some pretty good advice too, which I have put in pla…

Really fantastic answer and super helpful, thank you, really worth reading this a couple of times and incorporating into my MAP. Thank you

Ah, how is this different? I listen to her rant and am not affected, is what it is. I redirect, make her laugh etc. My request was how to lead her to a better place over all, is that somehow Beta?

It was a decision point in my MAP, I initially committed to do levels 1-5 and while a lot did change, I concluded that I needed to do more

Like, "how to give advice"?

Ok, thanks I am now 14% bf, in kgs I bench 110, squat 170, dead 150 (all in kilograms). I lift 5 days a week, martial arts 2 days a week and cardio on the weekends. I read the side bar, I get most of it but and still learning I also have no illusions around my provision being a turn on, figured that out a while ago. I work because I enjoy it, I love the competition and to win. Your salary estimate is off by a factor of 6. I guess there is a lot you can't tell over the Internet, but thanks for a …

Fundamental and challenging question, which is why I took the decision to go from DL5 to DL6

Again, I know that I need to lead, but how in this situation?

Similar comment to below, I have recognised that I need to show leadership, question was how, do you have recommendations, how would you do it, etc?
/r/askMRP16/11/17 03:02 PM

Ok, so the question was "how do I lead in this situation", do you have suggestions?
/r/askMRP16/11/17 03:01 PM

Hey, sorry for the delay, I needed time to internalise before answering, it is sort of the fundamental question isn't it. Here are my views: 1) the following will never get me laid by my wife: more money, more assets, bigger jobs, making personal sacrifices for her benefit, taking care of her by doing her job for her. All in the sidebar, just took a while to sink in. All the above do is make me tired, piss me off and feel like a giant covert contract 2) my wife really is a reflection of my emoti…

I don't think so, I think this is what is required to go from DL4 to DL5, that is, actual DNGAF, Abundance and Frame
/r/MarriedRedPill08/10/17 07:01 PM

Actually the opposite. I work long hours and spend as much time as possible with my kids which I feel reduces dread because I am home all weekend. I want advice on building dead without sacrificing time with my kids
/r/askMRP28/09/17 02:14 PM

Good point, however, big income requires a level of sacrifice. Is it possible to make up for quantity of time with quality of time? I hope so, it is what I do and why I have no time, I am absolutely focused on spending time well with my kids and wife (no phones, emails, nonsense)

Just want to expand on another feeling I get that prompted this post. I feel that even if I withdraw attention, so long as I am in a "safe" place from a Dread perspective, she doesn't care. When I actually go out, she pays attention. MRP has been eye-opening for me because I am noticing so much behavioural undercurrent that I was oblivious to before. I also see it working, when I went to DL4 she suddenly started asking questions like, "are there girls at martial arts?", and, "but are they just t…

Thank you guys. First the stats: Bf 15%, weight 170lb, height 5 foot 11 inches. Main lifts are deadlift 290lb, bench 200lb, squat 260lb Other pussy is not a problem, I always seem to have orbiters in the 6/7 range, but this is primarily at work where I have status (senior, well paid, young, nice car, etc). Outside I get IOI daily, but am not yet at DL6 so am not engaging. I think I get this, I probably have been doing this wrong with too much emphasis on work. My weekly schedule is 2 nights clie…

Thanks for the replies, so my current approach is correct in that I phase in and out depending on sex or not. Not sex equates to me busy else where. Thanks for the confirmation on passive aggressive The reason this happened is because I stopped initiating. looking back, I should have treated the whole, "I am too tired for sex" thing like any other shot test regardless of baby. Let's see, I won't alter the speed of my role, but will keep steady progress

There is only one way to save your dignity and potentially your marriage at this point. Take her phone, check the texts. If the texts have been deleted, then I am afraid to say she is cheating on you. Next her immediately without discussion. All of your posts are about conflict avoidance. You don't need a smoking gun, trust me on this, you need to accept the obvious. Play this out in your mind. You don't need to catch Chad balls deep to have enough evidence. You just need to accept that you only…

You need to goad them into it at times. My wife always has millions of excuses as to why things aren't a great idea, but if you gently and lovingly push her into it, they have a good time Example, my SO is an indoor girl. We were in the Alps on vacation and I wanted to take out some off-road segways. I can understand these can be daunting things and she was not into it right up until she was on it, had the time of her life and then wanted to go every day. When she said stuff like, "you go, I'll …
