This comment talks about how a man had road rage against against a woman. The guy was saying how he was gonna beat her head in and stuff like that. Obviously that wasn't cool, but the way the person talks about how it was against a woman seems to imply that they think it would have been okay if it was a guy.

receive little to no punishment if proven false That is so true. In my local area, just over a year ago, a girl made false rape accusations against someone. They were proven to be false and she ended up pleading guilty. I don't remember exactly what the punishment was but it was something like 6 months of community service. I can only imagine what would have happened if he ended up being found guilty.
