Just the bar. Doctors won't let me do real weight until I get an MRI to confirm I'm totally healed from my surgery last year. I've been focusing on form with the bar, Re-reading starting strength and trying to pick out the best form check info I can. When I was lifting the first time, I remember I found a set of really good articles for checking form by indicators while you lift that were really helpful with positioning. I haven't found it yet, but found some good videos.

The problem is I've watched those too. Self correcting though I feel like it's easy to mess up. How long have you been lifting? Have you hit serious weight just by watching YouTube videos and self correcting?

Nah, I've seen things that challenge your generalizations easily. Also, you wouldn't learn shit from analyzing results here as this is far from a representative sample group. Edit: bad statistics are bad. Also, what do you mean by used machine learning? I'm in the AI field ( specialized in model trees, used to be very into genetic algorithms before they kinda panned out) and don't see what you could possibly mean by that.

Sorry to be pedantic, but you're referencing epigenetics. It's not as simple as things happening in the womb. We're basically Learning that our old interpretation of genes as a straight guidebook to what will happen is not accurate. Some genes are "switches" that can be turned on or off by other factors. There's also a secondary genetic language were only just learning about in the DNA in parts that we used to think were only filler. Basically, it's not just genetics, but it's still genetics.

Look at TKD. It's mostly keto, but designed for lifters. You eat tons of carbs the night before you do heavy lifts. It's cool because there's a lot more freedom then keto and it's great practice for self control since you have a ton of freedom but still need to calorie count and control what you do in relation to how hard you work out. I'm surprised this is the only comment like this. I don't think there's anything manly about sneaking around like a bitch. If it's like he says, a relationship of convenience then she can know. It'd be something totally different if she was cheating as well but if she's a loyal girl then you're just being a worm.

Don't waste time in high school on bullshit. Look into degrees that make money and find people online who went down that path. Look into how much they make, what lifestyles they got and how happy they are and pick something that works. Lift. Eat well. If you spend the next two/three years lifting and eating well and not doing dumbass shit you can walk into college a 10. It's hard when you're that young to delay the gratification but holy shit man there's so much good shit after high school if yo…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
