My divorce was pretty painless. Married 21 years me (53) My neighbor is an attorney he wrote up the paperwork. My ex (48) and I own a house at the beach two kids are 19 and 23 very independent. She caused a lot of drama with her friends and lied to family. I just smiled and don’t respond. Last Christmas she commented to me how kind I was and how she is grateful for me. My goal in the divorce was to be kind and loving. Where focus goes energy flows.

Keep focusing on you. Making yourself a strong powerful man. What she does is out of your control. Keep sharing

First Off. Are you considering your actions. (Justified or Not) Are you taking responsibility for how you are showing up as a Man and Husband? And are you considering what your wage needs in a Man and Husband? If not… of course she will leave. This is the paradox of relationships. We want! I want! what’s in it for me! Then our wives fuck around in us and we men stand with our mouths open… line what the fuck happened. Sorry bro. It’s the way it works. There is 1 solution. Be Fucken Awesome!!! Be …

It’s not manipulation. And the fact that you view it that way says you have work to do on yourself. I encourage you to have respect her request. Not agreed to do it. Have… respect for it. Keep focusing on you: date, enjoy yourself, learn new things, heal, finish your divorce. And keep sharing

Feeling connected to love is a good thing. Really anger and resentment are old way of dealing with life. Allow yourself to feel love and see the woman you fell in love with… and bless both of you, and move on. Then take this new guy and find someone that also knows how to love.

I hope you had fun👍🏾 Today my stbx and I are going to court to finalize our agreement & we have a great relationship. There is no reason to seek revenge and pain in divorce.

The intent behind your actions makes it revenge or not. The key is to be honest with yourself first. If you find relief of your pain by doing it, it’s most likely it’s all about you. If the other husband, is someone you care about, and you authentically are there for supporting him… That’s another thing. In my opinion, if you’re just opening up a canna worms and shit for them to deal with, what’s the difference between you and them?

Keep finding ways to work on yourself. Build up your character, self-esteem… your soul-force. Right now you have an opportunity to take your life to the next level, but it’s up to you to take advantage of the growth that’s available on the other side of pain. Stop changing happiness Go for your greatness🔥🚀

I want to encourage you to look at it a different way. “it was all a lie” that’s probably not true. And that point of view is very painful to not only you right now but to your future. I’m a divorce coach and what you’re going through is more common than you realize. But the recovery and rebuilding you up is the most important factor. What are you doing to feel better?

Hey brother, sorry for what you’re going through. As far as the pictures… I recommend backing them up on to a hard drive. It’s been almost 5 years for me and now when I see pictures of us. I smile for the good times & no longer dwell on the bad stuff. I realized I only cause pain to myself and I’m worth more than that. When old pictures pop up now, I save them and text to my ex. It’s help to heal our relationship. I’d rather be happy and treat people kindly than hate and resent. Good luck brothe…

Are you sure it’s her idea? I find that it’s often the attorneys idea. Billable Hours💰 The more work they create the more money they make

You might not like my response… but it seems clear to me. You somewhat said you want to work it out. Go to counseling but she said no. She needs time. Then you finished the whole post about “You” Don’t get me wrong, your pain is real and your feelings are important. But the focus in a relationship - especially one your trying to save need consideration of what a spouse’s experience is in that marriage. • do they get their needs met • do they feel loved • do they feel important • the list goes on…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
