If you are not worried he will share them, and he really enjoys them, why stop? It's a part of your relationship with him. There is nothing dirty or wrong about sending your long-term partner visual stimulation.

I have only done them with my husband. Even then, no face, ever. Only body parts below the neck. I love sending him sexy pictures, but even if he doesn't send them to anyone, there are so many ways computers and online accounts can be hacked into. Better safe than sorry!

Send more artistic type nudes or suggestive. I don't think it is "bad girl" in the context of a marriage or LTR. However, I never ever put my face in any pictures or video. My husband gets pics and they are non-face only. Sometimes he even makes videos and he even follows the no face rule then.

I don't equate feminism with the expectation to work. I equate it with each partner being equal and doing what is best for the relationship, which is whatever both partners agree on.

Your vision sounds lovely and if it works for you, it works! I can never understand this "we should all work" or "we should all stay home" divide. For me, if it works for you, if it works for your family, that is all that matters! I did stay home for 9 months once and it just wasn't for me. Of course, that was with my first child so I needed more. Now, with 3 kids and all 3 in school, I could see it working much better.

I absolutely do not see the SAHM partner as parasitic in any way. I think it can be a great, symbiotic relationship where the sum is greater than the parts. For me, personally, I feel uncomfortable taking that risk for myself. I wish I could fully trust my partner enough to be in that position. Many times I've thought about how great it would be for me, my husband, and our kids, for me to have only the family to work on, not another job. Everytime I reach a point where I am overwhelmed, frustrat…

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I'm with /u/roblowewearsblue . It's apparently a catch 22 for the RPW. Expected not to work so her husband can fulfill his career aspirations. Expected to take care of house and home. Cannot expect to consider any of the martial assets to be hers, in any way. What a raw deal.

Wait, you expect the woman to stay at home, do all the household duties, be available for her husband 24/7 and cater to his every need? So you are saying a stay-at-home wife's contribution to the partnership is worth nothing?

If they are married when assets are accumulated, they are not "his", they are jointly owned assets. The woman, whether working in the home or out, is contributing her half to the partnership. Why in the world isn't she entitled to what comes as a result? The red pill idea that men get "divorce raped" does not bear out in the statistics. women who divorced in the previous year were more likely to receive public assistance than men, and they reported lower household income. They were also more lik…

As a woman, with 3 children, I see staying home as a risk. Love my husband and all, but what if? In divorce, women are often left much worse off economically than their husbands. That's not a risk I want to take, being in my 40's or 50's without the kids around and having no income....scary shit. That said, it's certainly not pointless. There is plenty that can be done to keep a household running. If you're not working you can do some of the tasks that help manage the household budget (laundry, …

Poor /u/idoltree, we are all here, unfortunately telling you what you don't seem to want to hear. I'm sorry that most of the advice has been contrary to what your thoughts have been. I'm going to hit the re-set button of sorts and instead of tell you our advice on the overall situation, answer you, point-by-point. First, his ex-wife, ex-MIL, and an ex-girlfriend all live in this community. So what? That is something you are going to encounter with any living, breathing human who is over the age …

He and I will be able to set household rules from the get go, which would be easier for his kids to remember since the environment will change. If the rules are not being enforced now, moving to a new house isn't going to change this. It sounds like he is empathizing with your concerns about the kids, but doesn't truly agree. If he agreed, he would be enforcing the "rules", which in all honesty, sound like your rules, not his. Instead of waiting for him to do all the heavy lifting on this, why d…

A very well-thought response, as usual. Thank you.

Thanks so much for responding to that comment. At least from what I'm reading this particular post and its comments, OP has a lot of resentment over things she "thinks/expects" SO to do (the bug screens, disciplining the children, fixing things around his house, moving). Seems to be other issues at play, but to me, the main theme playing out in the post and responses is all the things she thinks he should do, but isn't. EDIT: Sorry, I don't know how to quote, but here are some things that were p…

This answer is really well-thought out and is definitely a great way to look at the issues here, which really boil down to one issue. You want a guy with no baggage, unfortunately, you are dating a guy with lots of it. You seem to really like/love the guy, but not his baggage. You've got to either accept the baggage as part of the deal, or move on to someone who doesn't present these issues to you.

I do think there is a little bit of Woman vs Man in here. We as women want to think: "oh my man will just handle that for me". Then we get mad when he's too busy and he can't do it. We come up with the giant list of to do things that don't match up with his priorities. That's pointless when we can just accomplish it or pay someone else to. On these things, like the screens, that involve easily fixable items, just do it! Don't make it an argument, when it doesn't need to be. Make it harmonious by…

You are totally right, you don't want to be in the "push and cajole" role. That won't make you or him happy. The thing is, I keep hearing that this is NOT the right thing for you. People here are presenting actionable solutions and with all the commentary, you keep finding reasons why it won't work. So maybe that is your answer? It's only been a month since you started talking about it, why rush? You seem comfortable in your place and not ready to take on his whole life. Maybe a married man with…

While it may not be convenient for you, the house being in the neighborhood is actually good for the kids. It will be a lot harder for dad to have to pick them up every time he wants to see them, or they want to see him. As a divorced and remarried mom, I would love it if my ex was walking distance. My son could see his father a lot more. Is there a reason you can't spend some money on remodeling/painting/fixing his place to make it more into "your" place? What about getting a wifi enabled door …

Sounds like he's not someone you want to tie yourself to. Love just isn't enough, you're not going to change him. You need to replace him.

You only do that if you have another job lined up first.

Type of fabric is really important. Silk is warm and sexy. Layer silk under cashmere. Both are warm and nice to the touch. Keeping you feet/lower legs and torso warm is the best way to feel warm.

Wow. You are definitely reading way too far into this sub echo chamber. Every girl out there is not constantly fucking guys. We are way to busy getting on with our lives. Hating women is not going to get you where you need to be. People are people and they are unique. Some guys like to fuck. Some girls like to fuck. Some would rather sit at home and read. The only part of RP that seems sane is learning what you want out of life, going for it, and not being afraid to be assertive. There is nothin…

Exactly. Where the hell does the "maths" come from. This sub is just getting very out of control. It's want thing to learn assertiveness and to go after what you want. It's another to pull "facts" out of the sky and encourage half of the planet to hate / disparage the other half.

an ever increasing lack of men due to matriarchal single parent homes becoming more and more common and producing more and more adult children This part of the sentence makes it sound like you are saying that single family homes run by women are causing the birth rate of males to go down. Is that really what you are intending? http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human_sex_ratio: The sex ratio at birth is commonly thought to be 107 boys to 100 girls,[2] though this value is subject to debate in the sc…

Aggressive and assertive are two different things. Aggresive will lose her. Assertive means you are sticking up for what you want. They are not the same.
