There aren't. There are definitely old school liberals, e.g conservative liberals, who are traditionally masculine but they aren't new school types.

There aren't many, if any, if you use modern definition of liberal. Blue Dog conservative liberal types got pushed out of the party and are mostly independents these days.

You're missing the point here. Wanting traditional roles or masculinity in a relationship is definitionally conservative. Though conservatism has many types, and there are liberal variants of it. Sure lifting isn't political and is done by all spectrums but the rest of what OP said is accurate if you pay attention to world.
