Sure, just go look at the RedPillWomen sub. It will be like women are all looking at a body building magazine version of lifestyle advice and trying to make men adhere to it. I agree. Conversely, there are some really shit posts getting a lot of recognition. TRP is not nearly as rigid on content and community as it was several years ago. The meritocracy is weaker, and I have a feeling that we've been infiltrated by women and/or males with feminine views. Test everything, even EC's can lead you astray. Still like you say, the mods have improved greatly recently and hopefully that's a trend, not an extinction burst.

Sounds like you need to pat yourself on the back a little more. TRP isn't about bodybuilding or powerlifting. 1k club will put you visibly in front of dudes who don't go to the gym. Of course everyone is different and there's no accounting for if you cover your muscle with fat. And those stats look very different on a guy who's 6'4" vs a guy who's 5'8". These are just starting blocks anyhow. These lifts alone won't make you look like a Greek god.
