| 1 | Anyone else noticing misandry in the workplace?I advocate for any person who is qualified and deserving of recognition. This angers me about the misandrist hiring and promotion practices in retail. CVS Health and Walgreens only promote females. | 1 | Anyone else noticing misandry in the workplace?I've worked in Retail for 24.5 years. In the last 7 years, 100% of the promotions have gone to females and perceived victim minorities. Being Jewish and of Spanish heritage, I am technically a minority. Still, the anti-Semitic culture of Silicon Valley, along with DEI and JEDI, has relegated me to hard labor if I want a paycheck despite having a BS in Advertising and soon an MS in Mass Communications. | /r/MensRights | 06/12/24 02:32 AM |
