Exactly this. Just be glad you now know and there is no reason to try to continue anything with a person that would be disrespectful enough to cheat. Move on and as others have said count your blessings you don't have children with this woman.

after ready/researching/making the inconvientance on them decision I will file in AZ. Thank god I never had children with her or she would really have me by the short hairs. What I still just cannot get is that we always agreed we would tell the other when were were done done done. She just moved on and never told anyone one one one. I am reading quite a bit of posts from here and the light switch effect 100% nails the situation about 4 years ago.

Amen. I will be the first to say I did some bullshit things and said some rotten stuff. I wish I hadn't. I am sorry. These are things I won't do or make an immense effort to prevent in the future. However, She wouldn't let go of the resentment. Everything I did or said was met with criticism up to and even including, what, now nothing to say!!!?!?!?? HAHAH, man, the shit I put up with for as long as I did astounds me now.

I must agree. This is why I kicked her out and separated from her in the first place. I would not take the constant blame-shifting. Everything bad was my fault, nothing I did was enough, everything I wanted was too expensive and I never wanted to "do anything" with her. Amazingly after she left I was able to get a vehicle, my driver's license back, and the interlock requirement dealt with, 5 more days!!!!! I have reconnected with my family more than ever now since I don't have to complain about …

Heck, Wisconsin looks even better because they don't like adultery. But, I don't know if I could stretch it wait that long to file cuz even the 90 days at Arizona... And I am moving there permanently, so, there may be channels that I can expedite that process. I would file here in Oregon but I'm literally leaving in 10 days.

You have no freaking idea I literally had to beg and plead with her to bring back my clothes and the few personal items of my grandfather who raised me as a father back to me and even then she didn't get his watch was the most important thing back to me and the rest of it got thrown away or donated. Appreciate the advice and now will begin working on a list.

Yessir, I just found out yesterday. After taking the time to process it I have decided what course I want to take, just no clue how to. However, I haven't spoken to her since I found out and will use my attorney to contact her from here on in :). I have been in trouble with the courts, and I also haven't publicly spoken about it either. TY BTW, that was a very helpful link.
